About the event
From the valleys of Bellingen to Melbourne's metropolis, Ju’Suan’s chrysalis has begun. Their downtempo beats echoing trip hop - melding electronic sonics and live instrumentation with an emphasis on feel - both groove wise and textural.
After spending so much time on side quests for other projects Ju’Suan is now committing hours on hours into the next thing. An album of work under the belt ready for fresh ears, an EP sitting patiently for its time, and now a seven piece band backing the vision: trip hop, electronics, funky emotive beats laden with jazz and afro rhythms.
Ju’Suan will be debuting the project as a solo act at Bar Oussou.
