Axis mundi play Surf Jazz. Music to get the body moving that takes listeners on a journey through diverse internal landscapes.
Based on the coast south of Geelong, Axis Mundi find musical inspiration in the Australian bush, the sun, the stars and the great Southern Ocean. Their music is influenced by diverse styles from around the world. Their songs try to find a balance between free improvisation and predefined harmonic and melodic structures.
