Clodagh & the Monologue are a coven of 5, luring the brave off the beaten track with sultry storytelling and cinematic soundscapes, and bewitching them wild with femme fatale, Celtic folk-rock.

Clodagh is a salt of the earth siren, hell-bent on luring sailors just a little too close with a husky voice and come hither melodies, before blowing them out of the water with femme fatale rock-chick realness.

Dubbed the love child of Florence Welch and Lana Del Rey, she takes the ‘girl and her guitar’ archetype and gleefully demolishes it from the inside out, calling on Celtic roots to branch into something new and raw and wild.

The Monologue are the four other points of her pentagram: lilting piano, soaring strings, throbbing bass and driving cajon.

They're the pun-intended rock upon which she stands, and the cinematic, thundering waves upon which the sound swims forth, calling you to move.
