Brasilian dance-party afficionados FORRÓ LAMPARINA are back at Oussou this Friday 22nd of December, making for a very special Christmas celebration!!

LAMPARINA:
Lamparina band performs usually as a quartet and brings traditional arrangements of the popular Brazilian music/party called Forró. The word Lamparina is the Portuguese name for the kerosene lamp used in the underdeveloped areas of Brazil where forró comes from. Many Forró parties have been carried out at the light of the lamparina.
Lamparina is sure to present a very vibrant performance, navigating between heartwarming slow-paced songs and fast paced ones where not moving the body is not an alternative.
