Influenced by sounds of DOMi & JD Beck, Amy Winehouse and Hiatus Kaiyote, GRUMPY combines perplexing rhythms and complex harmony with timeless jazz vocals and a heavy dose of unseriousness. Balancing playfulness and earnest sentiment, GRUMPY doesn't quite sound like anything else happening in Melbourne right now.
