Bringing together soul, folk and jazz, she weaves poetic lyrics into her songs, birthing a unique sound. Jade connects genuinely, warmly inviting the audience in, to dance on fragile lines of emotion. Her voice and musicality is born from the depths and captures the heart, influenced by Neo-soul singers like Erykah Badu and Jazz queens like Billie Holiday. Informed by the songwriting of Joni Mitchell from a young age. Jade has begun to expand to bigger audiences, playing at HOTA roots alongside Karl S Williams this year. After releasing her debut EP in 2021, she recently relocated to hone in her artistry and immerse herself amongst the re-emerging and artistic Melbourne.
