๐WALA is an awe inspiring West African drum and dance ensemble from Ghana, with 20 years experience touring Australia and internationally, bringing to the stage a powerful dynamic performance of 10 drums played with hands, feet and sticks, soaring vocal harmonies, shakers, flutes, and high energy dancing, fusing traditional Ghanaian (West African) music, with their own original arrangements. ๐๐น
๐ชWALAโs music, songs, and dances are a homage to their ancestors and cultural history, depicting the life and soul of their culture. They will be playing traditional rhythms and Palm Wine songs that form the basis of Ghana ฬs Highlife music. An energetic performance that will get you dancing non stop and wanting more. ๐ช๐ถ
